All free shipping from China.

Processing Time: 

Ship out within 1-2 days after received payment except for weekends and holiday (in-Stock Orders) 

 

Delivery Time:

3-5 working days to America. < FedEx/UPS/DHL >

4-5 working days to Canada. <DHL >

3-5 working days to Australia. ( DHL )

7-9 working days to Europe. ( TNT/GES )

7-10 working days to South Africa. ( DHL )

 

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. Please contact us if you need any help.

Po.Box & Military Base

Po. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please offer aphysical address for your order. 

Customs &Taxes

HERMOSA HAIR is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Orders shipped to countries out of the United States may have taxes or duties with a random inspection, and we don’t know how much will be that ,Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding customs policies.

Orders shipped may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. Orders will be declared as “Synthetic Hair” or “Sample” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes.

If you have any questions, please contact our customer service. Please do not directly reject or return. Any charges incurred for rejection or return shall be by customers.

Sign for Delivery

Please Sign For your package, We ship to the correct address in your order, but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the package in front of the door, porch, courtyard or any place else.

Please contact us within one week since the package shows delivered if you didn't receive it, the shipping company does not accept investigation requests for packages delivered over one week.

Please provide a valid email address, we will send you emails to notify you of the parcel's shipping progress, and you will be able to track the parcel more easily

 

About Damage and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 15 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

 

Our items stock status:

As usual, we will ship out your package in two days after receiving your payment, but for a short time our product is out of stock. When we meet such condition, we will try our best to send the package to you as soon as possible.

Payment of PayPal:

You have your PayPal account, then choose the PayPal to complete the payment directly.

If you want to use the PayPal payment, but you don’t have one PayPal account, please register one first.

(Choose the PayPal payment, you can choose your country currency, we accept all the currency)

 

Payment Of Credit Card:

You click MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, American Express, Discover payment directly, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, then choose the payment method again, and fill in your card information to complete the payment.

 You click the PayPal&Credit, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, the one is PayPal payment, the other one is Pay with Debit or Credit Card payment. Choose one to complete the payment.

Pay Attention:

Please don’t use “e-check” payment, this payment states is “uncleared”, this shows we don’t receive your payment now, we can’t arrange the shipment for you.

We will wait the states change to “cleared”, we receive the payment, we will arrange the payment, usually, this takes 4-5 days.

We will check our PayPal account, when we confirm to receive the payment, we will arrange the shipment. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipping.
