I’ve purchased from Hermosa Hair a multitude of times before but I’ve never had to contact their customer service line. I ordered my wig 11 days before my birthday and hair appointment (very risky right) so I rightfully emailed them after noticing the package wasn’t sent out after a few days. Previously, my wig had arrived in five days so I wasn’t panicking at first. As soon as I contact them respond in a matter of hours and revealed my 220% density , 30 inch body wave would have to be freshly made and sent out March 9 and ship out in 3-4 days which wasn’t in time for March 11. As soon as they realized I was in distress over the efficient shipping time of my wig they offered me a deal so I’d still receive a wig they had on hand (only difference was it was 26 inch — I’m 5’1 so it looks long on me) and ready to ship. They refundeded me the difference and kept me updated through Email answering all my questions. Shock and blessed wasn’t the word! I already loved the quality of wigs I receive each time but this got it fr! Came just in time for my Big 21!
The hair is very good quality & the lace is beautiful. Hair is thick and soft. Minimal Shedding. True length. Fast shipping. Everything is perfect .Cant wait to wear it out!

Y’all I loveee this wig omggg !!! It’s so soft it never even had a smell and the shedding is minimal , the lace melted perfect and it was already plucked so I really didn’t have to do much ! I highly recommend!

This is my second time ordering from this company and they have never disappointed me. Hair lasts over a year! The color is beautiful and the lace blends into my skin nicely without tangling or falling out. Like last time, my package arrived earlier than expected.
